Refugees from the different cities of Donetsk Oblast controlled by pro-Russia separatists sit on March 12, 2015 in the center for refugees in the eastern Ukrainian city of Slavyansk, in the Donetsk Oblast, under Ukrainian forces control. Around 300 displaced persons from Donetsk and Luhansk Oblasts could receive grants for their own businesses if they present a clear business plan, as well as proof of registration and permanent residence in the territory of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.
